Job Responsibilities

- Inform customers about products and services

- Handle both inbound and outbound calls

- Understand customers' needs and solve their queries

- Maintain daily call records and submit daily progress reports

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services and products

- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services

- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects

Educational Requirements

- 12th grade or higher education

- Fluent communication skills in the local language

- Basic computer skills

- Graduation or equivalent

- Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role

- Knowledgeable with computers

- Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills

- Ability to change the communication style on unusual events

- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales quotas

- Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems

- Efficient with English

- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues
